  • Just found out I have a tear in my right meniscus. So I did have scale the squat snatch to a 125# power snatch.
    A. 3rds+4 MUs
    B. 2rds+5 BBJ
    C. 400m+30 DL+ 30m HS Walk+ 30 KBS+5 C2B
    Moving a bit slower than normal.
